While emergency preparedness has always been a concern of individuals, families, communities, nations and alliances, specific events leading up to and then including the devastating terrorist attack on the United States on 9-11 changed the Nation’s view of emergency preparedness forever.  Keystone has been active in this field since the 1990s, and it has played a pivotal role in providing essential training to first responders (law enforcement, fire and emergency medical personnel) throughout the country.
